“We had a lovely stay at Hale Kai O Kihei in March of 2016. The kitchen was very well stocked. The linens provided were great (4 beach towels - awesome). The bed was comfortable for 2 people. The balcony offers a wonderful exterior living space. The view is amazing! We also really like the location. It felt very quiet but was walking distance from many great restaurants and shopping. The beach access was amazing and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend a stay at Hale Kai O Kihei, we will be back!”

“It was great celebrating our 30th anniversary (at the Kihei Akahi). The view from the balcony was fabulous and the beach was close by. The condo was clean and just right for me and my wife. WE would like to visit again and stay in the same room.”

“Wonderful time at Sugar Beach! We had an ocean front unit for our Honeymoon, sunsets on the lanai with fresh blended fruit daiquiris! We enjoyed the beach, the pool and used the gas grills on several occasions. Kihei is convenient for getting to many island attractions and lots of shopping. The onsite activities team was also very helpful for setting up some great excursions. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was also very convenient. We did not need to over pack cloths like you might do when staying at a hotel.”

“I came into the office (of Condominium Rentals Hawaii) to pay my final payment. The staff were very professional and made everything work the way it should. I am very happy with my stay (at the Hale Kamaole) and the service.”

“The condo that I got (at Maui Kamaole) was huge and fit our group of friends perfectly. We got a 2 bed 2 full bath with a balcony unit that overlooked the ocean. The two king size beds in each room were super comfortable. Try not to lay on the bed after your 5-10 hour flight - you will fall asleep and miss going out and exploring the stretch of Kihei street and its beaches. The kitchen was stocked with a huge refrigerator, stove/oven, full-size sink, dish washer, and all of the pots/pans/cookie sheets/spices/etc. that you could want for making anything from waffles to oven roasted lamb. We were also conveniently near a community gas grill where we BBQ'd our Costco ribs and were able to bring the food back to the unit and dine on the balcony while watching the sun set. This condo complex is also amazingly quiet and relatively sound proof. We didn't hear the neighbors and we didn't receive noise complaints about a raucous group of inebriated guys enjoying their time in Maui and at the complex. Important note - the beach park is within walking distance but it'll be a bit of stroll if you are bringing lots of things with you.”

"Have been staying at the Mana Kai Maui for years and have never had a bad experience. The staff are fantastic and the views are the best on the island."

"Beautiful, quiet (besides the soothing sound of ocean waves), private, and absolutely perfect for our honeymoon! We have never been to any Hawaiian Island before and chose Kauai for the hiking, kayaking, snorkeling, etc. This suite is centrally located for those that plan to explore! The farthest you will ever have to drive is an hour (to Na Pali Coast in the northwest or to Waimea Canyon to the southwest). You are also steps from restaurants and shops. We chose a different destination everyday; exploring Kauai to it's fullest! Then after having a much adventurous day, we could return to our suite to be at our NEVER crowded beach with calmer waters for swimming. We are now fully in LOVE with Kauai and will be back; hopefully in this exact same suite! :-) Thank you for the perfect suite to make great memories! Cheers, Scott & Debbie"

"The condo was fantastic!! Very clean, gorgeous view, a definite wow. The beach was right across the street, parking was assigned and free. The nightly rate (at the Hale Kamaole) was great, I was very pleased and thrilled that I found such a great deal on Hotels.com.”

“Our recent trip to Maui was Amazing! The best part of it was staying at the Maui Kamaole. Great location, close to lots of local restaurants and access to the beach is within walking distance. We stayed at C101 which was beautifully furnished and I enjoyed having morning coffee out on the patio. The condo truly has everything you need; beach towels, umbrella, even had bogie boards for the kids. I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends and family. Location, Location, Location.”

“(The Sugar Beach Resort is the) Best location and value for the area, and we checked around. Great staff at the front desk who helped us find some fabulous activities to do given a short period of time. Our room was like a fully stalked 1 bedroom apartment. Loved it! Management was also quick to respond to our needs and concerns, as we were missing a tv remote control first day...simple call and it was addressed asap. Thanks for that promptness!!!!!”

My wife and I had an incredible time staying at the Mana Kai condo to celebrate our 5th anniversary! The room was clean, and the views were breathtaking. Loved falling asleep every night to the sound of the ocean crashing, and watching the sun come up over Haleakala each morning. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. We felt right at home and would love to come back here!”

“The ocean view from our (Island Sands Resort) room was 1st rate. We had at least 10 giant sea turtles swimming right outside our room when we got there and walked outside to take in the view”

Nice place, literally steps from the beach. It's like this: there's the beach, with its little park, and there's a two-lane highway, speed limit 30 mph, and then there is the condo complex including this unit... so you're pretty much there. Although we drove, of course, because there is an excellent snorkeling beach about 5 miles away. But that's our choice!
The place (Kihei Akahi) is well-appointed, spacious, you can open windows at both ends for cross-breeze if you like, nice patio, nice setting, full kitchen, LAUNDRY in the unit, more stuff than we needed actually since we spent all our time snorkeling, hiking, and driving around.”

This one bedroom condo (at the Makani A Kai) is situated on the ground floor about 50 steps from the ocean (if that!) with a nearby park. We enjoyed our leisurely mornings going to the beach after breakfast, then spending the afternoons driving around the island in our rental car. The location is ideal; in fact, a local told us this was the best spot on Maui he had seen. It really is right by the aquarium too, just right up the road. Book this place now! We plan on coming back soon.
